1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Fiber Fresh, visiting our website, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Offered
Fiber Fresh provides residential and commercial carpet and area rug cleaning services only, including but not limited to:

• Area rug cleaning (including high-value rugs such as Persian, Oriental, wool, and silk rugs)
• Stain removal
• Deep extraction cleaning
• Steam cleaning

We serve New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island) and nearby areas including parts of New Jersey.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Cash

A deposit may be required for high-value or large-area rug services. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If the result does not meet the expectations discussed during inspection, we will redo the cleaning free of charge.
To qualify, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiber Fresh shall not be liable for:

• Damage to rugs or carpets due to pre-existing wear, color instability, or prior chemical treatments
• Failure to remove permanent stains
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control

For antique or high-value rugs, an on-site inspection is recommended. Please disclose any known material sensitivities in advance.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

• Ensure clear access to the area to be cleaned
• Remove small items or valuables
• Secure pets
• Inform us of delicate rug materials or special cleaning needs

8. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update our services or these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
